With over 30 years in construction, real estate, and development, Darrick brings unmatched practical expertise to real estate consulting in Montana and beyond. Holding a BS in Civil Engineering (University of North Dakota) and a Master of Building Construction (Auburn University), he started on job sites as a young carpenter working alongside his father before becoming a general contractor delivering high-quality custom homes and commercial projects on time and under budget.

As the former owner of a real estate brokerage, Darrick helped buyers and sellers with farm, ranch, land, residential and commercial transactions, sharpening skills in negotiation, contracts, due diligence, and client advocacy. His career includes leading multimillion-dollar military housing and infrastructure projects, giving him deep insight into land use, site development, entitlements, constructability, and risk assessment—critical advantages when advising buyers, sellers, developers, or investors on complex properties.

Rooted in Montana for over 20 years and currently residing along the Rocky Mountain Front, Darrick combines rugged, no-nonsense work ethic with forward-thinking approaches to deliver clear, actionable guidance.
